This is a PERSONALIZED (tailored to your schedule and goals) BMX training program that includes:

·       One Initial Debrief

·       BMX track sessions

·       Off-track sprint sessions

·       Gym/Dryland workouts

Silver Program

For the rider that wants a well-rounded training program + additional coaching!

·       *All features of the Bronze Program

·       PLUS: One Weekly Training/Video review meeting that includes:

  • Feedback on gate form, riding skills, exc..

  • Debrief on past training week and goal setting for upcoming week

  • Any additional questions answered

Gold Program

For the rider that wants a training program + to work closely with a coach + receive day to day feedback throughout the week/weekend. This is ideal for riders who are looking to touch base as needed throughout the week (including on practice days or race weekends (pre/during/post)).

·       PLUS: Day to day contact as needed via text, email or phone call

·       Gold riders can send me videos of riding/training for more timely feedback (including gate form, skills, race day motos, exc.)
